Position Overview
I²r POWER is seeking an outside Direct Sales Representative to join in our growth plan. This position will play a key role in sharing information about our company and the fact, features and benefits of products and services. Primary responsibilities will be the cultivation of prospective clients, develop sales strategies, and sales of company product and services. To achieve these goals, the Direct Sales Representative is expected to travel overnight 2-3 weeks per month.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred, however sales experience will set this candidate apart. Previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales, selling in person or related sales experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is inherently curious, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
Duties & Responsibilities Include
- Make outbound/cold calls to arrange appointments with prospective and existing clients
- Maintain record of contact with prospects/clients utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Develop customized/targeted sales strategies for assigned territory, setting and meeting goals on a prescribed timeframe
- Work closely with Marketing to support successful implementation of funneling tools and to fully utilize company collateral materials
- Develop client/prospect relationships to better understand the markets served, client needs, and discover future opportunities
- Leverage trade show presence, industry publications/directories, trade association involvement, and digital resources to further I²r POWER’s client interaction/exposure
Position Requirements
- Extensive travel on a consistent overnight basis
- Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and interpersonal skills including patience and enthusiasm while communicating with new prospects, seasoned customers, and diverse groups of people
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close, be comfortable making cold calls, and possess the tenacity to handle rejection and then persist with a positive mindset
- Be persuasive, goal-oriented and a self-starter capable of working independently on individual goals, as well as collaboratively with a team to achieve company goals
- Excellent time management skills including an ability to work accurately under tight deadlines, competing priorities, and projects of varying scale and magnitude
- Ability to be customer-focused, promptly respond to clients, and uphold company culture of timely communication and outstanding customer service
- Physical dexterity/mobility to travel via car and airplane and to perform all clerical functions inherit to the position
- Valid state driver’s license

- Six figure compensation potential: 60% base salary + 40% commission, productivity bonuses

- Unload packages from incoming trucks, verify according to purchase order (quantity, quality), deliver to designated department
- Package completed jobs ready for shipping
- Load outgoing shipments when trucks arrive
- Teardown and inspect used equipment, accurately identify and measure parts
- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
- Competitive wage commensurate with experience

CNC Machine Operator – Full-time

About this position
This is a full-time position working with CNC mill and lathe operations under a Master Tool & Die Maker including after hour classes/training with all tuitions and class cost paid by the company. The expectation is to develop into a certified machinist and eventual supervisor of the currently small but well-equipped department. We are looking into areas of growth that will require expansion of the department.
- Work closely with Journeyman operator in programming, set-up, manual and CNC, lathes and milling machines.
- Requires a motivation and willingness to learn a life long trade and apply skills.
- Machine precision parts.
Education, Requirements and Skills
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic Blueprint reading
- Basic math skills including algebra and calculus

- Will consider no experience to highly-experienced/certified and skilled workers.
- Shop hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Some overtime required.
