FOB Shipping Definitions

FOB Destination “Free on Board Destination” when written in an I²r POWER Purchase, Sales Agreement, Acceptance Order or Quotation for goods or services determines the responsibility of liability for goods transferred from Seller to the Buyer; with or without a line item of payment by the buyer for cost of getting the goods onto transport and delivered. Seller assumes responsibility for Goods and all other liabilities safely delivered to Buyer’s pre-determined place of business.

International Purchases INCO TERMS. Export Purchases. Seller and buyer specifically accept INCO TERMS 2010 and specifically reject the application of CISG (Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) for the purchase of goods or services between parties.
